Dallas Cowboys Return Home for Open Practices and Youth Camps

Free Practices Open to the Public

Football fans in the Dallas area are in for a treat as the Dallas Cowboys return home from their training camp in Oxnard, California, to host three free practices that are open to the public.

Practice Dates and Times

The practices will be held at the Dallas Cowboys' headquarters, The Star, in Frisco, Texas, on the following dates and times:

• Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at 4:02 PM CDT
• Thursday, August 24, 2023, at 4:02 PM CDT
• Friday, August 25, 2023, at 4:02 PM CDT

Fans are encouraged to arrive early to secure a spot, as seating is limited.

Youth Camps Presented by Invisalign

In addition to the free practices, the Dallas Cowboys are also hosting Youth Camps presented by Invisalign for athletes ages 6-16.

These camps will provide young athletes with the opportunity to learn from professional football coaches and players and improve their skills. Registration is now open for the 2023 Dallas Cowboys Youth Camps.
